What is energy healing:
Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) can help remove traumas, karmas, trapped emotions, and negative and limiting core beliefs passed down by ancestors and/or other lifetimes. Traumas caught in the mind, body, and spirit cause blocks to happiness, success, and health. Once cleared, space is made for abundance, prosperity, joy, and bliss. The number of sessions required depends on the person, how deep/old the issue is, and how they’re processing their journey. Most people notice a shift after a single session and report meaningful change after three to five sessions. For some, it happens sooner. For others, it takes longer. Sessions require you to be in a quiet space, free from distractions, and it is preferable to have time afterward to integrate and rest.
Energy healing is not:
A one-stop, fix-all shortcut to bypass personal growth. True transformation happens when we engage with the journey—embracing self-reflection and making empowered choices in alignment with our highest selves. The real magic lies in how a person integrates this work into their life as they continue their spiritual evolution.
Aftercare:
Everyone feels differently after a session. A client may (or may not) experience a variety of detox symptoms like emotional release, headache, vivid dreams, or a shift in energy. Alternatively, you might feel energized or uplifted. Either experience is natural. Recommendations:
Salt Bath: Use Dead Sea salt to remove negative energies and pink Himalayan salt to clear your auric field. Add essential oils for added benefits.
Smudge: Cleanse your living space by smudging.
Hydration & Nutrition: Drink plenty of water, eat alkaline and fresh foods, and avoid toxic environments and/or people.
Nature & Grounding: Walk barefoot, sit by a tree, or swim to reconnect with nature.
Mindful Practices: Journal, meditate, and reflect on what you can release to heal.
